Great food, excellent service, and very friendly staff. Bowl is big! They were out of pork belly at time of visit, but I don't blame them for it. Can't wait to go back with my family.

Always had good experience here and they offer a few different things that are all pretty tasty. Noodles, rice bowls, and salads with choices to personalize. Their prices seem a bit high, but everything is expensive now, and they give pretty big portions. Definitely satisfied.

Always an absolute pleasure. I first found this place by accident. No noticable signs until recently. I absolutely love the recommendations I was given. Knowing that I came from Seattle, their food is delicious being a very cultural city/state. This place is an absolute joy when visiting. The staff is always friendly and engaging. I started by myself and now my girlfriend, my sister and workout buddy come frequently. Definitely recommend! 5 's!!

First time coming here and it didn't disappoint! Such yummy food and big portions. Definitely want to come again. Not many ramen places around, so good way to start to bring hopefully more into the area.

I read other reviews before we came here and I can see where there might be some confusion. The food is excellent we had rice bowls and had no complaints, flavorful and tender meat well seasoned. I understand some confusion as prices are not on the overhead menu but they have paper menus and a QR code to get prices. The order taker will give you a number so that you know when your order is ready. Whenever going to a new place being observant and a little flexible might create a better experience.

In need of some lunch on our way up state, we decided to take a pit stop for some ramen. The staff were busy, but very helpful with questions as it was our first time. We ended up with the udon special that was being run with pork belly. The lighter broth is the original which was like a chicken broth. The darker broth pictured was the shio ramen, beefy broth. Both very good and plentiful portion sizes. We did add some of the chili oil after tasting the shio, just to step it up a level. Otherwise it was a comfort food taste, that even children would enjoy. When in need of some more ramen we will be back :) Update: On our way upstate again, we had to stop. They must have just opened, as we got right in and got our food. Udon again, with pork this time( I remove the egg from my soup as won't eat them.) Though we did get some Yakisoba off the menu as well.

I enjoyed their ramen twice. Frankly, I don’t think it’s much to write home about. It’s decent, but there’s a lot more that they could do with it. For me, ramen is about handcrafted noodles, in a bone-based pork broth with light seasoning and thin-sliced chicken or slow roasted pork. Having traveled throughput Asia in my youth, I might be a tad picky, but when my young daughter preferred instant ramen to their ramen, it spoke volumes for me. Saigon Corner had a significantly higher quality pho (Vietnamese version of ramen); which you can instantly tell the difference. Frankly, a 1 bag of instant Korean ramen, add some left over protein from your fridge and whatever else you want and save yourself the trip or Dash fees/tip. It’s descent, but not worth the price when a child would prefer the instant ramen to 570. I love keeping my business local, but it’s not worth the price. Perhaps having it in-person as opposed to delivery is different; but Saigon Corner put a smile on my face. I only enjoy delivery/take-out as a treat, and enjoy trying new places and I hope they’ve improved. They need more protein, ramen eggs etc. to juice it up. Ramen should be an experience; not a 1 bag and paying 15x that for what I keep in my pantry for emergencies or my young daughter. Sorry. It’s been a few months after our lunch delivery, so I hope things have improved. I’ve had the real authentic version from stalls in Korea and Japan, Thailand etc. so I might be a bit biased, but to me, it tasted like a bag of 1 grocery ramen. I even tried my young daughter’s after she put her nose up to it and I agreed with her. She described it worse than her (grandfather’s, my father’s) quick ramen. He’s nearly 80 and whips a bag of instant ramen and throws leftovers into the pot for a quick lunch.... Enjoy. I sure didn’t, but again, delivery tends to take something away so, perhaps in-person dining is different and, it’s been a few months since we tried them, so perhaps they’ve improved? Not sure, but the pho at Saigon Corner is legitimately exceptional.
